Yoga for Stress Reduction with Flower Essences & Sound Healing

This will be a space for you to LET GO, REST and RESTORE. Breath, movement, plant medicine, yoga, meditation and sound healing will be combined to help ease into a total relaxation state.

~ We will start this journey with a Yoga for Stress Management which will be conducted by Leila, a trauma informed yoga therapist. Leila (more info below) will guide you through a breath-movement based gentle sequence that will allow you to connect with the deeper layer within your body in order to release your stored stress! This flow will be assisted by the healing benefits of Flower Essences. Just like homeopathy, flower essences facilitate healing at the molecular level. Helping us attune to the new energies we wish to invite in.

Crystal Singing Bowls are integrated within the practice. This concert will be facilitated by Reiki Karuna-Master teacher, Denise. This is the part where you get to relax and absorb these Healing Tones. The Healing Tones produced by "Crystal Singing Bowls" are not just heard by ear, but can also be felt in your physical body, touching the essence of your soul. Each of the 7 Bowls resonate to a different Chakra, musical note, color as well as various organs in your body. Singing Bowls along with toning and chanting may produce Healing effects. This modality is known for relaxation, stress and pain removal as well as self awareness. Beautiful Mystic Chimes are also used with its original sound of 70 bars.

Leila is an experienced therapeutic yoga teacher, an Usui Reiki master, a herbalist and an addiction counselor, deeply rooted in trauma theory. Her work emphasis is on trauma healing, stress management, movement for limited mobility and accessible rehabilitation through functional movement, breath work and meditation. Leila incorporates Flower Essence's, Essential Oils and/or Reiki into her classes. Leila Jaia Devi aims to hold a non-competitive, trauma sensitive space in her classes for all.

Denise Foster has been a Reiki Master/Teacher for over 20 years, specializing in Chakra Balance Crystal Healings, Past Life Regressions, Sound Healing concerts and more. Within the last 10 years, she has incorporated her Sacred Sound instruments which has deepened her practice. She will play the Crystal Singing Bowls with Wave Drum, Mystic Chimes & Tuning Forks.
