About The Event
In this workshop, Leila Jaia Devi will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and self-understanding. In preparation of the holiday season, we will learn to grow in resiliency as we connect to our core values.
We will identify and strengthen the practices necessary for our mental, emotional, physical health and self-preservation. As you identify your very own triggers, Leila will guide you through mindfulness based self-care routines that will help you stay grounded and connected to your essence.
Cost: $25. No one will be turned down for lack of funds, sliding scale available.
