Ancestral Healing | An Introduction to Remembrance and Intergenerational Healing
Time & Location
About The Event
Jaia Devi invite you to join this sacred circle that takes the form of a ceremonial gathering. We will start this intimate conversation with a opening ceremony which will be followed by an interactive conversation around traditions, cultural identity, the new age cultural resurgence and suggestions on how to navigate these matters in a culturally appropriate manner. Once we establish an enlightened and respective playground, we will then immerse ourselves in our ancestral work. We will invoke our ancestors, honor our connections as we heal at an individual and collective level. This introduction to ancestral healing work will end with an optional closing/sharing circle.
Intentionality is crucial and open mindedness is required. Wearing loose and confortable clothing such as dresses, skirts or loose pants as well as meaningful adornments, are highly suggested. Come prepared to transmute limitting patterns, invoke intergenerational healing, wear your crown and feel supported by your community.
Channelling may very well occur. A note pad would be beneficial and an altar offering or an image/picture you choose to work with, are welcome.
This multi-cultural workshop will be a trauma-informed, recognizing the relationship between ancestral healing, cultural resurgence and decolonization work.
Jaia understand that this workshop is given on the ancestral lands of the Muscogee/Creek people. Please feel free to reach out if a trade opportunity is of interest.
