Yoga classes with Leila

 

Her classes are suitable for everyBODY and provide a safe and playful atmosphere for all. All regular classes include pranayamas (breathing exercises), an active flow that will end with a restorative savasana (final relaxation). Throughout the practice, you are encouraged to move with intention and in alignment with your inner self.
- The Vinyasa classes have an emphasis on igniting our internal fire of purification as we move through a creative and dynamic flow.

- The Hatha classes bring your attention on aspects of integration and release.

- Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TSY) methodology is based on central components of the hatha style of yoga, where participants engage in a series of physical forms and movements. Elements of traditional hatha yoga are modified to build a trauma survivors' experiences of empowerment and cultivate a more positive relationship to one's body.

All practices are always lead by breath. A careful attention is brought to  the coordination of postures, breath and concentration that aims to spark your journey of self discovery. All classes should leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.

Note that Leila keeps an eye on proper alignment and provides adjustments for a safe practice at all times.

Sus clases son adecuadas para todos los niveles y proporcionan un ambiente seguro y agradable. Una clase típica incluye pranayamas (ejercicios de respiración), un flujo activo que terminará con una savasana restauradora (relajación final). Las clases de Vinyasa ponen el énfasis en despertar la llama interna mientras nos movemos  de forma creativa a través de un flujo dinámico. Por otro lado, las clases de Hatha yoga, también les llevará a través de una práctica física vigorosa. Sin embargo se hará énfasis en los aspectos de integración y liberación.

Ambas son conducidas por la respiración y tienen como objetivo lograr su tranquilidad y rejuvenecimiento!
